Are all your items exactly the same?
No. Since each piece is meticulously handcrafted from natural materials, every item is a one-of-a-kind creation. You may notice slight variations in wood grain, color, or shape, which is part of what makes each piece unique and full of character.

What kind of wood do you use?
I use a variety of high-quality domestic and exotic hardwoods. The selection includes different species of maple, ash, and walnut, as well as exotic woods like bloodwood, padauk, wenge, and olivewood.

How should I care for my item?
Each piece is sealed with a high-friction polish blended with beeswax and orange peel to protect the wood. To maintain its beauty, simply wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.

How do I place a custom order?
You can start by contacting me via the Contact Form. After we discuss your goals, you can purchase the Custom Order Deposit item on the website. This secures your place in our queue, and from there, we will complete the design consultation and I will begin the creation process.

How do I buy from a limited-edition release?
Limited-edition items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you don't miss out on a release, I highly recommend joining the mailing list for exclusive notifications.

How long does it take to ship my order?
For ready-to-ship items from limited-edition releases, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. For custom orders, the timeline will be discussed and confirmed with you during the design process.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Can I return my order?
You may return a ready-to-ship item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Custom orders are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my item arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging each product, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning a ready-to-ship item. I recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
