Refund & return policy.
Your satisfaction with our handcrafted work is our top priority. Due to the unique nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows.
1. Returns & Exchanges (for Ready-to-Ship Items Only)
If you are not satisfied with a ready-to-ship item (from our limited-edition releases), you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of use or wear.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
2. Custom Orders
All custom orders are a final sale. Because each piece is made to your specific requests, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
If your custom order is damaged upon arrival due to an issue with shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of every piece. However, if an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution.
